High season

July, August and the first 2 weeks of September are considered high season as the pool is open. The rent for a week is £1300. There is a refundable 25% deposit.

Mid Season

Easter, June and the later half of September are considered mid season. If the weather is good the pool may be open. The rent is £800 per week.

Low Season

All other times, including half terms, are considered low season. The rent is £500 per week.

Long term lets

Le Batut is an ideal property for longer lets, especially over the winter as the house is warm and comfortable with central heating, wood burning stoves and internet. The peaceful situation of the house is especially good for academics with work to complete and has been successfully used for this in the past. Rent for a long let to be discussed with the owner.
